Background

    The hurlóg was designed with the intention that it would be used as a starter hurl for every child. It is designed to be played with (not as an ornament) and to allow children learn the skills in a fun, safe environment.

    It has an ideal size and weight (approx half the weight of an equivalent size ash hurl) which gives children the opportunity to learn how to properly hold and swing a hurl.
